ESA

ESA driven opportunities

ESA provides to industry, universities and research institutions several opportunities to do business

ESA-driven opportunities define:

The technical requirements relative to the work to be performed

The delivery requirements defining in detail the output expected and the associated IP rights (licence, full ownership, etc.) that ESA needs to acquire

The Member / Participating State(s) that are allowed to take part in a tender and, in some cases, up to which amount

A detailed contractual framework, based on the Agency’s general contractual conditions and adapted as needed to the specific activity

THESE TYPES OF CONTRACTS ARE GENERALLY INTENDED

TO BE FULLY FUNDED BY THE AGENCY

1
ESA closely monitors the execution of the work
2
ESA accepts or rejects any deliverables against the contractual requirements

To Start Working with ESA

In order to be able to submit proposals to ESA or to be awarded a contract in case of a successful bid, your entity should already be registered with ESA.

If you are not so registered and you wish to start working with ESA, we strongly suggest you proceed with the registration phase as soon as possible.

Last but not least, once you are registered, if you want to find a partner for the activity you have in mind, ESA has recently created a dedicated system to facilitate partnering, teaming and cooperation between organisations. We suggest you take some time to explore this platform: ESA Match.

FOR all OF the opportunities managed by the TEC Directorate already open or the intended ones
