High Speed imaging

General Description

Dynamic mechanical testing (shaking, shock) can be supplemented by introducing high speed optical measuring devices.

The Test Centre has a number of High Speed cameras (4 in total), including appropriate lenses and light sources for this purpose.

High Speed imaging can be combined with videogrammetry software or as a stand alone imaging tool.
