Management support
The Management Support Office (TEC-P) is responsible for the smooth operations of the TEC Directorate, cross-departmental cooperation and the efficient management of its resources and technical infrastructure
The Office is also responsible for the Business Unit Controller functions of the Directorate and provides the Senior Financial Controller function under the joint responsibility of D/HIF.

Supporting the Director in formulating and implementing the Directorate’s objectives and strategy
Coordinating relations with ESA Directorates, industry, research institutions, delegations and ESA’s advisory and delegated bodies
Managing the workforce, annual budgets, procurement and workforce plans
Coordinating activities related to industrial policy and consolidating geographical-return information across the Directorate
